Well here's a great little utility to do just that.
I always keep my computer clean and virus free but one never knows.
I tried the live scan on my personal laptop (see results below)
and was amazed at the problems it had found.
It's amazing how much faster my computer
now starts up especially my email program.
I now run this program weekly just to keep things running smoothly.
